Full time: 38 hours per week, two year position with a 3mth probationary period. The role will require preparedness to work outside of normal working hours at times.
Salary: Range of $104,403 to $115,697 plus superannuation and five weeks leave, dependent on skills, experience and previous track record.
While working constructively with the teams to deliver on the campaign objectives, the Campaign Director will ensure that the teams are well equipped, resilient and thriving, noting gaps and working with the Executive Director to resource and upskill team members.
The Campaign Director will represent ECNT in external, sector wide meetings, at events and in the media, sharing this responsibility with others as appropriate.
As well as requiring someone highly strategic, ECNT are also looking for someone who is responsive and able to turn attention to arising challenges and opportunities.
The Campaign Director will need to be committed to working with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a trusting, resilient and collaborative organisational culture.
