Come and join this peaceful public protest out the front of Santos' Darwin office, making it clear that the Territory community will not accept new dirty gas developments onshore or offshore!
Santos have plans to develop the Barossa gas field and run a pipeline through the Oceanic Shoals Marine Park and encroach upon the sea country of the Tiwi Islanders, but they have not received free, prior, and informed consent for this plan.
Santos also have plans for fracking in the Beetaloo Basin, despite the opposition of locals and Traditional Owners.
These new gas developments will only further hurtle the Territory towards climate catastrophe. The community has had enough - lets make sure Santos knows.
