NT's new feed-in-tariff & battery scheme: Q&A with Dale Wakefield

The NT Government have made a big announcement in their efforts to reach a renewable energy target of 50% renewables by 2030.

They approved the procurement of a large scale battery for the Darwin-Katherine grid and released a Household and Business Battery Scheme that includes a $6,000 grant available to households and businesses and a new standard feed-in-tariff of 8.3 cents per kWh. (Our thoughts on the announcement here.)

In a special webinar hosted by The Environment Centre NT, hear from Dale Wakefield the NT Minister for Renewables, Energy and Essential Services, presenting this announcement and answering questions from the public.

This webinar also includes short presentations from leading local NT solar industry figures, Alan Langworthy (Roadmap to Renewables) and Ilana Eldridge (NT Solar Futures).
